Residential Services
J&M repairs and services nearly all brands of Residential Heating and Cooling equipment. We are an authorized American Standard® Customer Care dealer and are proud to offer a variety of HVAC products to meet your specific needs. From new installs to change outs of existing units, we can get the job done. J&M is also the area’s local dealer for Central Boiler Outdoor Wood Furnaces and is authorized to repair, install, and sell parts for these units. Financing available with approved credit.
Financing
J&M is happy to offer financing (with approved credit) to our residential customers. We understand that purchasing a new unit is a large investment. With financing, customers can make monthly payments that fit within their budgets. Preapproval is easy!
Easy Ice Program
Check out our new Easy Ice Program. Designed with small businesses in mind, this program allows you to lease an ice machine for a small monthly fee without the risks or investment costs of purchasing a new machine. J&M will install, maintain, and service the ice machine at your location. You only pay a low monthly payment. Two-year minimum contract required.
Preventive Maintenance Agreements
Keep your HVAC & Refrigeration units running in top shape year-round! Did you know that regular maintenance helps protect your machine and keep it running smoothly? J&M offers this service to both our Residential and Commercial customers. With a J&M Service Agreement, our technicians will clean, service, and inspect your unit twice per year. Residential customers also receive a 12% discount on applicable services with an active Agreement in place. Rates as low as $240/year for Residential customers. Commercial HVAC Services
J&M offers essential Commercial Heating and Cooling services designed to keep your business running as efficiently as possible. As an authorized American Standard® Customer Care dealer, we offer our commercial clients heating and cooling products and solutions they can depend on. J&M will repair and service all brands of commercial heating and cooling equipment and is available 24/7 for Emergency Service repairs.
Commercial Refrigeration Services
J&M services, repairs, sells, and installs a wide variety of Commercial Refrigeration Units. This includes, but is not limited to: walk-in/reach-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, prep tables, ice cream machines, and salad bars. We are the area’s contracted Service Representative for both Hoshizaki America and Manitowoc ice machines. J&M is available 24/7 for all your Commercial Refrigeration needs.
Restaurant Equipment Services
The technicians at J&M are qualified to repair a variety of restaurant equipment. From fryers, grills, and steam tables to ovens and mixers, J&M is available to service, repair, and install food service equipment. Need a new piece of equipment? No problem!
